The Ruhr Games will take place from the 20th-23rd of June 2019. All institutions and persons who would like to invite international young people to attend the 2019 Ruhr Games have the opportunity to contact Ramea Möller of the Ruhr Games project team directly with questions or to register for the 100-Euro travel allowance.

Up to 1,000 young people can be subsidized with a flat-rate 100 euro travel allowance. Only with a binding registration are the places reserved. Places will be allocated after receipt of registration.

Confirmation Permission of parent or guardian for minors:

We confirm that all participants are covered by insurance against accidents or damage. A corresponding proof is available with the group leader.

Agreement of consent to take photos:

We confirm that all participants have given their consent for photographs and videos produced in connection with the Ruhr Games to be used for Ruhr Games websites, prints, media, and Ruhr Games pages on social media. We are aware that these images / videos are available to everyone worldwide.

The granting of consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time without reason with effect for the future. In this case, no further photos and videos will be published and any existing publications on the Ruhr Games websites or other Ruhr Games platforms will be deleted. Refusal of consent or revocation will not result in any disadvantages.

Confirmation Notice of 100€ funding:

We confirm all Invoice Requirementshave been accounted for.

We confirm that directly after the 2019 Ruhr Games, until July 20, 2019 at the latest, we will provide the complete participant list and Invoices for the reimbursement of flat-rate travel allowances to the Regionalverband Ruhr.
