On Thursday, 8 June 2023, the time has finally come: The Ruhr Games 2023 will start with a unique kick-off event at the Landschaftspark Duisburg-Nord.

Be there when the Ruhr Games begin! The Ruhr Games 2023 will open with a multimedia show. With concerts by the internationally acclaimed Giant Rooks and the indie rock heroes Leoniden, the kick-off day will end with more live music than ever before.

Participation in the kick-off event including the concerts is free of charge (like the entire Ruhr Games). As the free tickets for the concerts are limited, "first come, first serve" applies - early arrival is recommended. More detailed information will follow shortly.
