The audience can expect a sporting highlight at the German Beach Volleyball Championships U20 male and female: the mix of action, athletics and fun promises the best atmosphere for the spectators. This is another reason why beach volleyball is part of the Ruhr Games programme for the second time.

The group phase and the round of 16 will take place in the Toeppersee beach arena, and from the quarter-finals on Saturday onwards the decisions will be made in the Landschaftspark: the beach court is centrally located at the track.
